YOUR CHALLENGE
• Mobilize, coach, motivate, assign, and train production planners
• Manage productivity (efficiency and speed of execution)
• Optimize production schedules to maximize line utilization in the short and medium term
• Review daily schedule performance versus expectations; monitor operational efficiency
• Help improve methods, tools, and performance indicators for effective production planning
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of planning systems, including configuration and process optimization
• Plan finished goods production at subcontractors
• Act as a resource for both departmental employees and colleagues from other departments during problem-solving situations
• Assist in developing safety stock policies and reorder points for finished goods to meet sales needs and maximize inventory turnover
• Develop and maintain best practices for ERP system use
• Collaborate with the production team to establish sequences
And any other related tasks
ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or DEC with relevant experience or in another relevant field
Five (5) years of experience in production planning, distribution, inventory management, and personnel management
Expert-level proficiency with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and Excel
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Enjoy working in a dynamic, open-space, and collaborative environment
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as experience in order planning
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
