Internal Sales Rep - International

We are looking for a motivated, determined and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You should be comfortable working with ditribution partners, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales! Your territory is international, excluding Canada, the United States, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOW:


Inside sales (70%)


• Present, promote and sell products/services using strong value propositions to existing and potential customers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory;
• Account management; Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximize sales potential;
• Business development; Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest through sales activities;
• Reactivate dormant accounts through proactive outreach;
• Record all sales activities in the "Hubspot" CRM;
• Submit weekly and monthly sales and forecast reports to the International Business Manager;
• Conduct regular sales governance meetings with the territory's sales managers;
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services;
• Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments;
• Assist walk-in customers when needed;
• Support sales activities and collaborate with various teams (marketing, customer service, etc.);

Sales coordination (30%)


• Coordinate the sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Prepare and complete important documents and draft procedures;
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support upon request;
• Maintain, sort and report on financial and non-financial data;
• Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials;
• Create customer cards and custom orders in the system;

• Perform all other related tasks.

YOUR PROFILE:


• Bilingualism is essential, both oral and written, in French (intermediate) and English (advanced) to communicate well with our internal and external clients;
• Bachelor's degree or any other relevant certifications;
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in business development, sales or similar environment;
• Experience with government tenders and tender commissions;
• Proven track record in creating new accounts and sustainable revenue growth;
• Strong understanding of the military and public safety industry and its key players;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with CRM software (Hubspot).
• Availability for special events/trips.
