• The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, representatives, and agents of NANUK and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The winner must reside in Europe. We do not ship to the United Kingdom; therefore, residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible.

• To enter, participants must subscribe to the NANUK Newsletter
• All entries must be received by April 31th  at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

• The contest begins on March 31th, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on April 31th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $€925

• The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all email subscribers (new and old).
• The drawing will take place on May 2, 2025, and the winner will be notified via email within 3 days.

• The winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected.

• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor's sole discretion.
• The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

• The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion.
• The sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes the winner's consent to the sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NANUK GEAR PROTECTION, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
